Got my product in a very timely manner, in good condition. Recommend this seller highly.
When I contacted them about it, they acknowledged that they sent the inferior product as a substitute but refused a refund or exchange. I ordered the SNN5696A battery pictured on the listing and they sent me a BR50 battery instead, which is a cheap, poor-quality substitute made in China. I would not recommend that anyone purchase anything from this seller, they are obviously counting on the fact that the item is too inexpensive to make a big deal about, which is really dishonest behaviour.
not worth the hassle of sending it back to get 3.00 back. I typed in my battery number and this battery came up, and its not the same size battery, for my motorola v325i. boo
